WHY NORTHERN INDIANA HOMEOWNERS CHOOSE DUTY CALLS SEPTIC
Every job is priced up front and handled by someone who actually shows up. Here's what that looks like in practice.
FAST, SAME-DAY RESPONSE
Backups and overflows don't wait for business hours — and neither do we. Call before noon on a working day and we'll do everything we can to get a truck to you before dark.
UPFRONT PRICING
You'll hear a real price range on the phone, before a truck ever leaves the yard. No surprise line items when the invoice shows up.
LICENSED & INSURED
Certified technician, properly insured truck. Not only does every job meet state septic code, it meets our standard.
LOCALLY OWNED
We're not a call center hours away. You won't be speaking to an AI receptionist, either. We're a born and raised northern Indiana family that cares about your property and treats it like our own.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
We'll tell you what's actually wrong, what it costs to fix, and what can wait — even if it means less work for us.
