1. SCOPE OF SERVICE
Each quote or invoice describes the specific work to be performed — for example, septic tank pumping, inspection, or repair. Work outside that scope (such as unexpected repairs discovered during service, additional pumping due to unusually full tanks, or access issues requiring extra labor) may result in additional charges, which we'll communicate to you before proceeding whenever possible.
2. SCHEDULING AND ACCESS
To perform service, we need reasonable access to your septic system. Please:
-
Mark or clearly identify your tank/lid location if known, or ensure the area is otherwise accessible
-
Move vehicles, restrain pets, and clear obstructions from the service area before our arrival
-
Ensure someone is available to grant access if the system is not independently accessible
If our technician cannot access your system through no fault of ours, we may charge a trip/dispatch fee and will need to reschedule.

3. APPOINTMENT, CANCELLATIONS, AND NO-SHOWS
We ask for at least 48 HOURS notice to cancel or reschedule a standard appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a TRIP/CANCELLATION FEE of up to half of the amount of the scheduled service. We offer 24/7 emergency service (except Sunday mornings); emergency and after-hours calls may carry a different rate, which we'll disclose before dispatching.

4. PAYMENT TERMS
-
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.
-
We accept the following payment methods: cash, check, credit/debit card and invoicing is handled through our scheduling and invoicing platform, Jobber. Card payments are processed securely through Stripe/Jobber Payments; we do not store your full card number.
-
A deposit of 25% may be required for certain jobs, such as larger repair or installation work, before we schedule the work. Payment schedule will be noted on proposal.
-
Invoices unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a late fee of $5/day for invoices less than $750 and $25/day for invoices greater than $750 and may be referred to collections.

5. WARRANTY
We stand behind our workmanship. Pumping services are warrantied against improper pump-out for 15 days from service date. Repair work is warrantied against installation and material defects for 90 days after completion. Installation work is warrantied against defects in workmanship and material defects for 180 days after completion. There is no warranty provided for drain cleaning or conditions that are advised upon but no action is taken. This warranty does not cover pre-existing system conditions, damage caused by misuse (such as flushing non-degradable items), acts of nature, or work performed by others after our service is complete. We make no other warranties, express or implied, beyond what is stated here.

6. LIABILITY
We carry liability insurance and take care to perform all work safely and professionally. However:
-
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your septic system, yard, driveway, landscaping, or underground utilities that were not properly marked or disclosed to us prior to service.
-
Indiana law requires utility lines to be marked before excavation; we are not liable for damage to unmarked or undisclosed lines, pipes, or utilities.
-
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
-
Nothing in this section limits liability for damage caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You're responsible for disclosing known issues with your septic system, marking or disclosing the location of buried utilities and irrigation lines, and providing accurate property access information. Damage resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide is not our responsibility.
8. PHOTOS AND RECORDS
We may take before/after photos of your septic system for our service records and quality documentation. We may also use general, non-identifying photos (not showing your address or personal information) for marketing purposes unless you ask us not to.
