From routine maintenance to the calls that can't wait, here's what we handle.
Septic problems don't usually come with a name tag. Tell us what you're seeing, and we'll point you in the right direction — or just call us and skip the guesswork.
Routine pumping to keep your system running the way it should, on a schedule that fits your household or property.
-
It's been 3–5 years (or longer) since your last pumping
-
Toilets flush slower than usual, or drains empty sluggishly all over the house
-
Soggy, spongy ground or standing water near the tank or drain field
-
A faint sewage smell outside near the tank area
Buying, selling, or just want peace of mind — we'll check the system and tell you exactly where it stands.
-
Buying or selling a home with a septic system
-
You don't know the system's age, size, or maintenance history
-
Lender, buyer, or health department is requiring documentation
-
You just moved in and want a baseline before anything goes wrong
Interceptor pumping and cleaning for restaurants, car washes, and other commercial properties — keeping problem waste out of your plumbing and your system running clean
-
Scheduled service is due for your restaurant or commercial kitchen
-
Slow-draining kitchen sinks or floor drains near the trap
-
Foul odor around the trap or interceptor
-
Need documentation on file for a health inspection
From failing baffles to broken lines, we diagnose the actual problem and fix it right the first time.
-
Backups keep coming back even after a recent pumping
-
Cracks, sinking, or shifting around the tank lid or risers
-
An unusually lush, bright green patch of grass over the drain field
-
Lid or riser that won't seal, or has visible damage
Slow or backed-up drains cleared out, so water goes where it's supposed to instead of where it isn't.
-
Only one or two drains are slow or gurgling — the rest of the house is fine
-
The same sink, tub, or floor drain clogs over and over
-
Gurgling from one drain when you run water somewhere else
-
Plunging helped for a day, then the clog came right back
Sewage backup or a system that's stopped working doesn't wait for business hours — and neither do we.
-
Sewage backing up into a toilet, tub, or floor drain
-
Sewage surfacing in the yard
-
Nothing in the house is draining at all
-
Strong sewage odor inside the home
Still Not Sure? That's what the phone call is for. Tell us what you're noticing and we'll give you a straight answer — no guessing, no upselling.
Septic work has a reputation for vague estimates and surprise line items. We do it differently — you'll hear a real price range on the phone before a truck ever leaves the yard. Here's exactly what to expect.
Most homes need pumping every 3–5 years. What you pay depends mainly on tank size and whether we can access it easily.
Repairs are the hardest to price sight-unseen — the numbers below cover our most common fixes. Every job is different, so we'll always confirm a real number with you before any work starts.
STARTING AT $135
Commercial kitchens and grease traps vary widely by trap size, grease volume, and access — so we quote these individually rather than posting a flat rate.
CALL FOR QUOTE
Whether you're troubleshooting an issue or closing on a home, we'll give you a clear, documented picture of the system's condition.
$700
Sewage backing up, surfacing in the yard, or nothing draining at all? That's not a wait-and-see situation.
CALL FOR PRICING
Most maintenance and inspection calls come in under $600. Repairs and commercial jobs vary more depending on scope — that's exactly what the phone call is for. Read on for the full breakdown of what goes into each number.
SEPTIC TANK PUMPING PROCESS
No guesswork, no surprises — here's exactly what happens when we pump your tank.
LOCATE
01
We find the tank using physical identifiers on the house, probing with our Mighty Probe, and, if necessary, flushable transmitters.
DIG
02
If the lids aren't already accessible, we get our hands dirty and start digging! Don't worry, we do our best to not disturb more of your beautiful yard than necessary.
PUMP
03
Using our small but mighty pump truck and our handy dandy sludge mixer, we pump out the tank's contents completely and do a visual inspection while it's empty to catch any foreseeable issues.
DUMP
04
Waste is hauled to a local, licensed disposal facility, where it's logged and handled in line with state and local regulations.
